The First Day’s Weight Loss Food Plan

Breakfast: 1 slice of whole grain toast with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, half a grapefruit, and 1cup of black coffee or tea.

Lunch: A slice of whole-grain toast, half a cup of tuna, and 1 cup of black coffee or tea. Dinner: 3 ounce serving of any meat, 1 cup of green beans, 1 small apple, half a banana and 1cup vanilla ice cream.

The Second Day’s Food Plan

Breakfast: 1 slice of whole grain toast, 1 hard-boiled egg, and half a banana.

Breakfast: 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers and a small apple. Lunch: 1 slice of whole-grain toast and one egg – hard-boiled or cooked according to your likes. Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, half a banana, and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.
